The frame cracked on my Specialized Rockhopper about 2 weeks ago and it's killing me not being able to ride the trails. Although I've been putting in lots of miles on the road bike in preparation for the upcoming "Skool of Hard Nox" 50 mile mtn. bike race, there is nothing like training on the dirt. I'm a bit worried that I won't have time to dial in the fit of my new frame before the race but I guess I'll try the best I can. No choice but to roll with it and do the best I can.
Finally heard back, frame is warrantied (duh)...luckily they had the same exact frame although I'm still pretty sure I will be upgrading....don't want to have to deal with this dealer again on any future issues.
